WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 If your order is placed before 4pm PST it can take between 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped out.
All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process. If we are unable to ship your order for any reason, we will notify you are soon as we are aware.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

 We can fulfill requests to change an order, including size and quantity, up to 24 hours after order has been placed but no refunds are allowed.

Your order number

Detailed reason of why you wish to cancel your order.

“Order Cancel” in the subject line.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?

 If you find an error in your order after it’s been delivered, please contact Customer Service at 732-829-9717 We will quickly resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

 For each shipment that goes out we send an email with the shipment details and tracking information. 
Please allow 2-4 business days for order to be processed and packed and tracking to be updated. This time does not count as shipping time.
